I have come here a few dozen times and I haven't been disappointed as of yet. The food tastes great alway and the staff is super patient with customers even when the made rush of Emory students/Faculty and/or lunch in general. The location itself can be a bit hard to park at with only a few spots right out front and more on the side other than that I really enjoy coming here. I would recommend it for anyone in the Emory area and wanting some Chipotle!

So this Chipotle is not my favorite location, but unfortunately, is the most conveniently located to EmoryUniversity. I think the issue is that the people working are all students, and don't want to be here. In fact, the staff rotates a lot. This makes it hard to be a regular and be remembered here. Sometimes they run out of ingredients after the dinner rush, and often their rice isn't fully done because they are in such a hurry to get more out. Some days you get a really good meal with someone who will give you large portions if you ask, some days you get someone who gives you one scoop of rice when you ask for double rice. More often than not, you get the latter.
Added details:
-Don't come around lunch time, and if you do prepare for a long line. Pro tip: order online ahead of time and pick up your order when you arrive
-Get the app, it lets you get points for a free entree when you scan before paying. It requires a lot of points, but when you eat Chipotle as much as I do, it doesn't take long to add up for free food. And if you forget to scan you can always submit your receipt! -

Typical Chipotle. Good food. Unfortunately, they got our to go order wrong. Didn't get our 1st order of salsa, didn't get correct 2nd order of salsa, and got queso instead of guacamole. The staff wasn't the friendliest either.

I go here AT LEAST once a week due to the lack of dining options on campus and honestly, as a regular, I can say that the workers and the time of the day really contribute to the food quality. If you go during rush hours (lunch time and dinner), then you're guaranteed a smaller portion, wrong order, or just terrible customer service. I have been here several times during lunch only to get eye rolls and glares when I ask for a tortilla on the side...like I'm sorry ya girl like to make the most of her $7.76 -.-
Anyway, this location is also popular for running out of ingredients as early as 6:30pm which is just sad considering how so many students eat here. In my opinion, the best time to go is early lunch or around 7ish (even though you risk losing ingredients this late). If you go during these times, the service will be better and you will also get a bigger portion.
Overall, like any fast food chain, this one is convenient but not ideal. It has potential though, and I really hope they get better workers to improve the experience. -

You can't really expect much from a fast food chain I suppose, but the food here is extra greasy (for Chipotle standards). There are better restaurants around but don't venture too far out or else you'll get your car booted within 5 minutes.
